Review Product Settings

Control vendor access to product data through Settings > Multivendor settings > Product settings. You'll find the following settings:

Auto Approve Product (New Addition and Edits): Automatically approve product additions or edits from vendors, removing the need for merchant approval.

Delete Product: Give the vendor the right to delete products from both the app and your store  

View: Selected fields are visible to vendors.

Requires Approval: Edits made by vendors to specific fields require merchant approval.

Note: All of these settings are on a global level. These can be overridden at a vendor level.
