Change or recover passwords

There are 3 ways to reset and recover merchant/vendor passwords:

Change password from the app (merchant/vendor)

Merchants and vendors can change their existing password to a new password directly from the application.

Steps:

  • Click on Avtar on the top right corner> Click on change password> Add new password> Save.

Change password from the login page (merchant/vendor)

Forgot password? Worry not, change the password from the login page.

Steps:

  1. Click on "Forgot Password?" > Enter your username or registered email.

  2. Users will receive the "Reset Password" email where they can create a new password.

Change vendor/user password from the merchant's dashboard (merchants)

If a vendor or staff user forgets their password, they can ask the merchant to change it for them.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings> User and Permission>All Users and Permissions> Search for the User> Click on "Change Password" in Actions.

  2. Create a new password.
