It is possible to completely whitelabel Shipturtle. This means we will remove our branding from the entire application and replace it with yours. To your vendors, the app will appear as though it has been built in-house by you.

This has several advantages from a brand positioning perspective:

  • Only your brand will be visible, eliminating concerns about data privacy.

  • Your company will appear more professional.

  • It will promote your brand further.

Steps:

1. Create a CNAME Record

Create a CNAME record and point it to label.shipturtle.com. Notify us at team@shipturtle.com once this is done.

For example, if you want to have 'vendors.yourstore.com ' as a link for vendors to log in, the CNAME value will be "vendors" and it will point to label.shipturtle.com.

2. DNS Propagation

Wait for the DNS to propagate. This can take from a few minutes to a few hours.

Whitelabel Settings

1. Navigate to Settings.

2. Select Multi Vendor Settings.

3. Click on Whitelabel and change the settings as required.

Note: You will see the Whitelabel option only after you have created a CNAME record and we have enabled the module for you. We can enable the module only after you have created the CNAME record, so this step is dependent on you.

Whitelabel functionality is only available in Shipturtle's higher plans. Refer to: Shipturtle pricing page,
